What is copyrightable and what is not

Copyright determines how we may access and use the original works of authors or creators. As soon as you have created something you will receive copyright protection.

Original work includes a wide spectrum from novels to music, but also corporate manuals and archives. Even scribbles on a napkin. The creative work is required to reach a certain level of originality, which differ from country to country.
